Multiethnic Young Leaders Members are catalysts for positive change: championing ethnic and intersectional diversity in leadership, and empowering diverse young New Zealanders.

  • After our event partnership for the National Multiethnic Young Leaders Summit 2022, Multiethnic Young Leaders New Zealand was keen to refresh their organisation logo and uplevel the professionalism of their brand presence.

    Keeping the iconic coral pink at the heart of the brand, we freshened up the colour palette—infusing warmth and vitality with bright colour blocking. Balancing the friendly colours with clean lines, we positioned the organisation as an inclusive, approachable, and respected character connecting fresh-faced, ambitious youth with Aotearoa’s biggest government agencies and corporations. Most importantly, the brand evokes a sense of hope, optimism, and community amongst the MYLN audience.

    For the diverse, welcoming, and younger audience (primarily 18-35 year old professionals) we kept the brand application intentionally simple + flexible—an iconography system of Pacific flowers, ferns, and korus are repeated in different ways across the brand, transforming to honour the cultural days MYLN celebrates throughout the year on their social media. We are continuing to support MYLN’s mahi with documents & new projects, including an annual report released August 2023.
